TEQUILA AVIÓN LANDS IN FLORIDA

Tequila Avión has landed in Florida, and accounts throughout the state are receiving their first shipments of the Silver, Reposado and Añejo varietals. The announcement was made today by Jenna Fagnan, President of Tequila Avión LLC.

Florida is the fourth state in which Tequila Avión has launched. Having debuted in New York and California in July, it is now also available inFlorida and New Jersey with additional markets coming soon.

Said Ms. Fagnan, “Demand for Tequila Avión has exceeded all expectations and initial six month projections. Florida is a critical market since it is the third highest state in tequila consumption and has a dynamic, multi-cultural and vibrant social scene.” Initial distribution will include select bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels and retailers throughout the state. Distribution will be substantially expanded within the next thirty days.

Bob Drinon, President & CEO of Premier Beverage Company, Tequila Avión’s distributor in Florida, remarked, “This is such an exciting brand and the entire Premier family is thrilled to be representing Avión. The rollout is in full swing and we anticipate immediate success rarely seen in the spirits industry.”

“Avión is the perfect addition to our portfolio of ultra premium products. The great taste and smoothness of Avión will make this product extremely successful in Florida as it has been in all its other markets,” added Eric G. Pfeil, Executive Vice President of Premier Beverage Company.

“Critics, bartenders, mixologists and consumers alike are discovering Avión, loving it and propelling our growth,” said Ken Austin, Founder and Chairman of Tequila Avión. “What distinguishes Tequila Avión is its combination of ultra premium quality, flavor and unmatched smoothness at a price tag well below what you would expect for a product this good.”

Tequila Avión’s exceptionally smooth taste results from the slow roasting of the 100% Blue Weber Agave in traditional brick ovens, the unique small batch distillation process and a proprietary “ultra slow filtration” method. The Tasting Panel, a preeminent beverage industry trade publication, recently gave Tequila Avión Silver a stellar 95 rating (out of a possible 100) and Tony Sachs, spirits writer for Huffington Post, has also raved, “…the best blanco or unaged tequila I have ever had.”
