Under New Ownership, New Management and a New Name
The facility has undergone many changes in the past weeks. These changes include: revamped restaurant menus, new themed area names, light structural renovations and additions to staff. The International tapas style restaurant is now named VIN Tapas & Wine Bar and the contemporary sushi restaurant is now named Crave.
In addition to the revamped restaurants the facility is offering a Main Stage Martini Bar with a stage for live performances, a Speak-easy Sports Lounge, a Tropical Patio Bar and a nightclub now named Club Five.
"We are thrilled to be opening V, said Daniel Disbro, managing partner of the V. The overall feel for the V will be that of a place to do business and entertain clients throughout the early evening, and the place to enjoy great service and entertainment late into the night.

The V is a multifaceted restaurant and nightlife destination with a myriad of different themed areas. The V facility includes VIN Tapas & Wine Bar – an International tapas style restaurant, Crave - a contemporary sushi restaurant, Main Stage Martini Bar with a stage for live music, Speak-easy Sports Lounge, Tropical Patio Bar and Club Five. The V is located at 2675 Ulmerton Road, Clearwater, FL 33762.
The 28,000 square foot legendary establishment, former known as The Venue, will open as the V and is slated to open their doors to the public on Friday, May 11, 2012.
